Founding Vision

Blue Diamond Group Home LLC was established with the mission of providing exceptional care and support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, seniors, and others needing home care. The agency was founded by a passionate team of Nurse practitioner (NP) Personal Care Home Administrators (PCHA) certified by the PA Department of Health, Nurses, Non-medical Homecare administrators, caregivers, and advocates who recognized the need for personalized, compassionate, and inclusive services. The team that has been managing Blue Diamond Homecare LLC since 2018 in Pittsburgh and Harrisburg sees the need for Consolidated Community Living and Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waivers funded through ODP in different regions of Pennsylvania as a result of Blue Diamond Group Home LLC is approved by PA Department Health to render Companion and In-home support services in 2024. BDGH will launch different programs, including Personal Care Homes, in the future.

Initially starting as a small, community-focused organization, Blue Diamond Group began providing services to a handful of clients. Word quickly spread about the agency’s dedication to quality care, and its reputation for reliability and compassion grew. Blue Diamond Group is very lucky to have family-to-family referrals due to dedicated caregivers who executed the core values during their support hours to our loving participants. Our love, respect, and dedication are contagious to the people who are seeking help.

Growth and Expansion

Over time, the agency expanded its services to include a wide range of support programs, from in-home care and respite services to specialized support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and group homes in days to come.
